Before your visit

• Arrive early: Come 10–15 minutes ahead for check-in and a brief consultation.
• Hydrate: Drink water before your session.
• Communicate: Share injuries, conditions, or focus areas with your therapist.
• Eat lightly: Avoid a heavy meal 1–2 hours before.

What to wear

• Comfort level: Undress as you prefer; you stay covered with sheets.
• Thai massage: Wear loose, comfortable clothing—this style is typically clothed.
• Jewelry: Remove jewelry for comfort and safety.

During your massage

• Speak up: Ask for pressure or temperature adjustments anytime.
• Breathe: Slow breathing helps your body release.
• Quiet is fine: Conversation is welcome if you want it.

Tipping

Tips are appreciated but not required. 15–20% is common; cash or card both work.

Cancellation

Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
